add the configuration instructions to enable running the poweroff command without sudo for the non-privileged user.

create a file /etc/sudoers.d/robotont_webapp, chmod with 440 and add the following content:
peko ALL=(ALL) NOPASSWD: /sbin/poweroff, /bin/systemctl
