The issue I am facing is with the wmf plugin. I have been using Lively wallpaper for over a week with the wmf plugin as it was less intensive than mpv in my case, but after I updated Windows and rebooted my computer, the desktop background was gray. I closed the wallpaper and re-applied it but same. It is works fine if I switch to mpv but just gray screen with wmf plugin. By the way it was a custom wallpaper not a built in one.

So I re-downloaded wmf plugin but same. I then re-installed Lively but still grey screen. Other wallpapers are working fine with wmf but not the one I downloaded (It was working for a week until i updated Windows). I have also attached log file if it is of any use.

Both will perform the same since fixed function decoding hardware is used, usually this is a mistake in reading the taskmanager value since its a relative: https://github.com/rocksdanister/lively/wiki/Performance
