Cannot apply screensaver

I did everything in the steps to do it but I cannot have a separate wallpaper as my screensaver
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Monitor Icon'
2. Click on 'Click on screensaver'
3. See error

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
I expected it to be show the option to change the wallpaper
