Send to staging of mainline

Hi,

May I suggest to send this relatively small driver into staging of mainline rather than hidden away on github.
Distro's such as RHEL/CentOS and so on can just trivially compile it in as out the box support.

The problem is that it relies on OFED functionality (PeerDirect) which is not in the upstream / by default in distro and it is not clear what the best way to proceed. Any ideas?
