in.ac.iitb.cse vasco 1.1-SNAPSHOT The link cannot be obtained. Where can I obtain it?

This package is not hosted on Maven central. You can clone the repo and run mvn install as shown in the README.

Maybe this is a good time for me to finally publish VASCO to a Maven repository.
