问题描述: 无法正常连接到Tracker服务器是很常见的现象且无法人为操作干预，与文件丢失以及种子被网站删除导致未注册等情况有着本质上的不同，且在网站挂掉的时候会产生非常多直接对后者的筛选处理造成严重干扰，所以是否可以细分Error栏抑或是将网络问题仅归类到Warning中？
