• Keep the field id into the resulting issue (potentially as HTML comment).
• Force some sort of formatting e.g. having an "@" that can't be deleted in the field where folks enter their GitHub username; or fences for a code block.
• A way to make fields depend on others which I saw in existing feature requests.

I think what I'd want is on the one side the form, on the other side a glue-like template for the issue body.

We need to decide what we do with the fields not needed at submission. E.g. whedon should probably add the Editor field when an editor is assigned, instead of filling it.
