tar_watch does not work on a cluster (without browser)

The forwarded url just stays like this, with the blue dot animation moving only

You may need to set host = "0.0.0.0" so other computers on the local network can reach the URL.

And when you go to the URL in a browser, replace "0.0.0.0" with the hostname of the node.
