There are a number of non-essential branches on this repository (patches, unfinished refactors/features, etc.). I find this to be relatively confusing when trying to understand the state of this repository since most of them (if not all but master) contain stale garbage. IMO, development needs to happen on forks rather than branches of the main repository. @jrgnicho and @Levi-Armstrong can you remove these branches?
