Boundary Mesh Modifier

Would be nice to have a mesh or toolpath modifier that removes points that are close to boundaries. For the scan n plan demo we're always drawing on parts to avoid the edges closer to the table, if this could be done automatically with a single parameter, the boundary thickness, then that would be really useful and lead to less human input for the process.
