If I append a garbage string to the prerelease website, the prerelase job script tries to run with that string as the distro name:

http://prerelease.ros.org/asdf
prerelease.ros.org/asdf/qwerty

Bug or feature? I say this is a bug and we should add better error handling for unrecognized distro names.
