a few issues.

[scanlight]

The actual video output is only part of the screen.
first and last 10% are blank.
bottom 20% is blank.
Ntsc is fuly black and white.
pal has a bit color but nearly black and white.

What could be the issue?

@scanlight - what is the ESP32 Arduino Core versión you are using to build it?

This project is from early 2020.
Try using ESP32 Arduino Core 1.0.4 to built it.
