Export same as Download, so use just one name

Prerequisites

• I have searched for plugins that provide already provide the feature

Proposal

Unify "Export" and "Download" in the menus,
since when used upon a email message the result is the same. Pick one name and stick with it.

Motivation and context

I am guessing that the authors did not realize they have called the same function two different names.

In Elastic we have "Export" by default, but zipdownload plugin changes it to "Download...". I think it's because Larry skin uses "Download (.eml)" label.

It would make sense to use "Export..." instead in both skins.
