Re-publish releases on AbiWord/enchant

If it moved here using github's 'transfer repo' function, I'd suggest to just delete AbiWord/enchant so the redirect works and instead re-fork this to AbiWord/enchant-old; unless you really need AbiWord/enchant to exist and not redirect here
