This presented solution is a POC, but it's not production ready.

Isn't there any solution for converting the existing rrweb events into a frame (screenshot) without the need of a headless browser to render the dom? The whole process is clunky and prone to error, moreover the dependency on the ffmpeg process can be a limitation when trying to implement this in cloud...
