What's Changed

This version of the RSK PowPeg node introduces compatibility support for powHSM v3.0.3. The main changes introduced in this version are:

• Introduce the block's difficulty cap for alignment with how the powHSM firmware works.
• Include block siblings payload in the advanceBlockchain message. In this version, siblings' information is not being sent.
