Webpack unmet dependency

It seems that as result of the rif-marketplace-nfts project, the webpack necessary for react-srcipts is not installed.
Temporary workaround of installing webpack 4.42.0 manually works, but is not recommended. Also, it does not seem to fix the issue when installed as part of npm i (aka is already in package.json).
Investigation into the problem and possible solutions required.
