Problem:
The CI keeps running out of memory when running Jest tests.

Observations:
The default memory size for a docker machine in circleCI is 4GB, which should be more than enough. This seems to suggest an issue within the project codebase and/or dependencies.

Action:
Investigate the reasons and possible remedies.
