`tf_function()` print method. #515

The print method should:

show the original R function.
show the count of how many times the function has been traced.
show the traced concrete functions signatures.

To be done after:

reticulate can losslessly convert an R function to Python and back.
export ag_for, ag_if, and friends. t-kalinowski/tfautograph#12 is implemented
