artistId is set to the one artistId reserved for various artists, pre populated in the database (or when the first various artists album is created).

The artist name various artists is not clickable like a normal artist name, as it is far too general.
Users cannot follow various artists.

When viewing a various artists album, show the artist name on each of the tracks as well, normally this is not shown as the album has one artist.

A song cannot be by various artists, only albums. Song has to have 1 artist/band that is the creator, but it can have supporting artists.
