Screen for managing connections/permissions

Description

Labels and artists need a screen to manage their connections/permissions, either labels that have permissions to create music for them or artists they have given access to or have access to add as supporting artists/create music for.

Labels can only ask for permission to create music on an artists behalf whereas artists can ask and give permission.

Permission levels:

1. Create Songs/Albums on your behalf.
2. Add you as a supporting artist to songs.
