Ok, for the dummies

I feel like a loser, but this is the first time using GitHub for a problem. Crocoblock recommend this plugin for my problem, but how do I instal it?

This was just a quick plugin that i wrote and I haven't submitted to to the WordPress directory yet.

This means that to install the plugin you just need to download the zip, and then go to the upload plugin section of WordPress.

I'm adding on to feeling like a dummy here... I have the JetEngine Repeater Field Values plugin installed and working (great)... however, in my plugins list, I always have a message stating that this plugin needs to be updated. If I run it, the plugin gets removed.
