Installation on ubuntu server - requirements

Hi,
I would like to run my own instance of formr in production.
What are the system requirements for the installation? A maximum of 50 users will be accessing it at the same time.
And is there a step-by-step guide for the standard docker installation on an Ubuntu server ? Does this guide work? https://www.aggieerin.com/post/formr-installation-instructions/.
