Documentation for Creating Initial Admin Account

Hi,

One problem I ran into after getting Formr running as a web application, is that I can't actually figure out how to gain access to the system.

There don't appear to be any instructions for setting up an initial Admin account.

I tried to run through the User Registration process, but that was a dead-end. User Registrations are off by default, and it appears you need an Admin account to change the setting.

If there is existing documentation can you add a link to it to the end of the Install instructions (in versions going forward)? If not could you write some simple directions and add them to the documentation folder?

@jvanalst we're currently working on making the set up easier, but it'll take us a while, because we want to make sure people don't accidentally shoot themselves in the foot with insecure set ups. for now, you can change the configs to allow user account registration and change flags in the DB manually.
