Hello maintainers, I came across the GSoD Document from the season-of-docs page.

It has the following task to complete

Can I create a issue to covert this Japanese doc to English on the Ruby Doc repo ?

Hi @SiddheshKukade, thanks for you interest.

We are currently looking for a technical writer who can document all the possible ways to install and use ruby on windows natively.

Converting unofficial documentation from Japanese which uses vcpkg will only be a part of it. This does not mean using google translate but rather writing detailed instructions with screenshots.

I can see Building Ruby instructions on Ruby Doc repo here https://docs.ruby-lang.org/en/master/contributing/building_ruby_md.html. But the windows installation is documented separately on https://github.com/ruby/ruby/blob/master/doc/windows.md

Yes I am aware that translate does not mean using google translate and I'm a professional Tech content writer at platforms like @freeCodeCamp and @GeeksForGeeks.org .
