The AddThis account owner is currently hard coded into templates/base.html. This is obviously not the best solution.

The python app needs a proper config system. There, the addthis publisher id can be added and output as a variable in templates.

@rufuspollock I can't unassign myself, as I am no longer in the okfn org.

Don't know if the issue is fixed. Currently I can't even find the app online. If you want to re-open, please un-assign me. Thanks!
