is there any why how to collapse the folders in the way how github is now doing? if there is a folder which only contains another folder make it a single link so I don't have to click trough 5 nested directories.

@musketyr definitely possible - would just take some coding to work that out and then collapse in the UI.

I don't feel I'll able to achieve it in a reasonable time.
