As a user I would like to review a quick at-a-glance summary to understand if my intended changes met my expectations from the output of atlantis plan summary comments.

Describe the solution you'd like

It would be lovely if this section of the plan summary also included which projects fell into which categories:

e.g.:

Plan Summary

3 projects, 2 with changes, 1 with no changes, 0 failed:

With Changes:

• my-project-a: 0 to add, 45 to change, 1 to destroy
• my-project-b: 1 to add, 0 to change, 1 to destroy

No Changes:

• my-project-c

Failed:

• example-project

Sections would only be shown if they include projects in their sections.
