Feature comparison to colima

Currently with colima existing it's hard to tell why would I try Finch instead. It would be great if a feature comparison was added to readme/docs.

Finch is an opinionated distribution of open source container development tools (inc nerdctl / lima / containerd) as shown in the Finch architecture. colima, while based on similar tools, is less opinionated and provides options with multiple VM operating systems, container runtimes and Kubernetes distributions supported.
