[Bug]: Discussions missing

What happened?

Although u merged my PR to fix the links, the links for feature request, questions still don't work because this github repo don't have discussions enabled

How to reproduce the bug

try to click the buttons on feature request or question

for me i want to request the feature to make announcement to different panels. As some of my sites have multiple panels like a users panel, staff panels, vendor panels etc

and i from staff/admin panel sometimes want to make announcement to users panel
