task not display in watch app. always show no task for today.

Reason:- Database path is different in watch app and iPhone app.

Hey,
Watch app is pretty bare-bone, due to the lack of time i made a quick implementation and it's not ideal. I had issues using the same DB on both apps even tho they are shared in the same container.

I'm open to a refactor for Watch app but i currently don't have the time for that.
