Action Items From Last Meeting:

• raw-window-handle support in windowing crates
  • Supported in glfw-rs and winit 0.20-alpha
  • Requested it be patched into winit 0.19 (Please add raw-window-handle support to 0.19 as a patch release. rust-windowing/winit#1202)
  • sdl2 will accept a PR but won't do it themselves (Please add support for the new raw-window-handle crate Rust-SDL2/rust-sdl2#910)
  • beryllium will get it done (Lokathor you idiot support your own idea in your crate already Lokathor/beryllium#93)
• git repo tracker triage (We need more people with git repo permissions #58)
• Ecosystem survey might be released (@erlend-sh)
• Ecosystem guide demo including at least two crates in the proposed format so that we can see how well it works in practice (@Wodann)
