Shared adress book password.

Hey, If i setup a shared address book and set a pre shared password its great my co-workers can connect to those clients with out needing to know the password. "easy access" but i'v encountered a problem that if a person is in a session and want to transfer a file it opens up a new connection and asks for the password. I haven't shared the password because its great security that they don't need to know it.
but now I might need to share those passwords with people. is this as intended? or is it possible to use some advanced settings?
I did try to add enable-file-transfer=Y to a custom client but still wanted the password if you click file transfer.

work around landed in I had to change all the passwords to a set that can be shared since it won't take the pre shared password set in the console when you want to transfer a file since it opens a new connection.
