🐛 Bug description

https://github.com/rustwasm/wasm-pack/blob/master/docs/src/prerequisites/considerations.md is outdated.

🤔 Expected Behavior

It should noted that since Node 21 fetch is no longer experimental, and therefore wouldn't need polyfilling.
