"==" not sent properly

Describe the bug
Sometimes "==" is not sent via the hook.

To Reproduce

my_teams_message = pymsteams.connectorcard(...)
my_teams_message.text("0==0 1==1")
my_teams_message.send()

Expected behavior
A message containing "0==0 1==1"

You have to escape the = sign.

my_teams_message = pymsteams.connectorcard(...)
my_teams_message.text("0\=\=0 1\=\=1")
my_teams_message.send()
