Learning Go has a second edition. Maybe switch your link to that? https://www.oreilly.com/library/view/learning-go-2nd/9781098139285/
There's a lot of excellent Go material on yourbasic.org: https://yourbasic.org/golang. I think the whole site predates 1.18, but lots of things in Go haven't changed.
