Feature suggestion: 'cascade-top': cascade only windows belonging to the app currently in focus?

Rectangle has the tile and cascade features since @rxhanson merged and published @dirondin's contribution:
Adds tile and cascade multi-window positioning.

IMO it would be nice to have a variant cascade-top which would cascade only windows belonging to the app that is currently in focus (*), while other windows would remain untouched. It would bring all app's windows to the front, with the in-focus app window remaining topmost.

(*) oftentimes I have 3-5 vscode windows open, and/or as many terminal windows. How about you?
