Empty pages in book

Pages in the Appendix section such as it's index, the Resources, and the Cartridge Header page are all empty despite being linked to in other places in the book.

The awesome-gbdev site has links to many resources about emulation and their discord server has a channel dedicated to emulator development which people can ask for help for in. I'd look into linking those due to how much information they provide, including your own talk at Rust Fest 18.

Another cool resource I found when searching online was this one where the author scraped a website with organized information about each opcode and generated Rust code from the information. I found this personally interesting, so feel free to include this as well if you feel it fits.
