Modifying Body File with Body/Link View

Using the Body/Link View seems to only affect the root link and the changes are not saved to the actual body file they are just saved to the project file (.cnoid).

How can the changes made in the Body/Link View be applied to any link and saved to a body file?

There is no function to edit a model itself in Choreonoid.
There is a tutorial on how to write a body file.
