What needs to be done

Longhorn-specific support should be dropped. We should instead rely on the user to specify a PVC of their choosing.

Why it needs to be done

We no longer aim at relying on LH for all things s3gw. The user should have the freedom to use whatever they like without being corralled into using LH.
