Remove rasterio dependency (https://rasterio.readthedocs.io/en/stable/).

In this PR, rasterio was replaced with datashader to rasterize shapes #58

There are still two occurences of rasterio dependency which should be removed:

sp.im.add_shapes -> use spatialdata.to_polygons implementation
baysor -> can use datashader
