500 internal server error http://ip:8000/cgw/v1/owners/0x123/safes

Reproduction steps

just setup using
https://github.com/safe-global/safe-infrastructure/blob/main/docs/running_locally.md

Expected behavior

accessing safe wallet app should be able to continue without error

http://ip:8000
