Description

As a Safe Frontend Developer
I want to add an API to the Client Gateway to manage Targeted Messages
So that will enable the Safe Web application to show an Outreach banner to the appropriate users.

(Note: Datasources part was added on #1975)

Requirements

API endpoints should be provided for the following flows:

  • Check if a Safe signer is targeted for outreach.
  • Mark an outreach as completed for a Safe signer.
