Description

There is no error if the wrong JSON file is uploaded

Environment

Browser: Chrome
Wallet: MetaMask
Safe: any
Environment: prod

Steps to reproduce

Go to Transaction Builder
Upload wrong JSON file ( as an example the JSON file with the safe address-book)
Current result: Nothing happens on UI

Expected result

Make sure that the user is informed that the JSON file is wrong
