jupyter: the Assistant dropdown menu for each cell seems to ONLY allow sending that cell as context and nothing else #7942

At the top of the screen there is a big "Assistant" button, which lets you easily control the context from a jupyter notebook when doing something. Great.

There is also a per cell Assistant dropdown, but it seems to me that no matter what the only context it sends is the current cell. This is pretty useless in general. I would rather just not have that dropdown at all, or have it be identical to the one at the top with a preselected option. Why are they even different?
