I've never used Vite, but this sounds like a fun way to try out the basics.

I'm also obviously very open to merging a PR that shows how to do this.

I'm going to re-open this issue, since I do want cowasm to support vite, and I really hope you contribute your solution back.

Bun has a vite suppprt if that helps ?

Just a note -- nobody is currently working on cowasm right now. It's BSD licensed, so anybody who wants to can. I will return to it later, depending on how my company/work situation changes.
