ظاهرا مشکل به خاطر change in how the latest Ubuntu release restricts the unprivileged namespaces بوده و با دستور پایین رفع میشه. ولی فکر نمیکنم درست ترین راه برای حل مشکل باشه.

sudo sysctl -w kernel.apparmor_restrict_unprivileged_userns=0
