when I ran "make", it answered "to be done for 'all'"

Use this command
make -B all
You can force make to rebuild everything with the -B option. make -B all
Otherwise you have to delete the proxy executable in the directory which will rebuild all
Sorry, something went wrong.
Delete the 'proxy' file and try with the 'make' command again. It will work for sure!
