Add permissions on the deposit form

I took out "editors" which is what curate used. This was an odd implementation where they duplicated rightsMetadata in RELS-EXT

If I understand it properly, I think this will be important. Right now, the creator/owner can edit and there is no way to add any additional Editors. That's probably going to be an issue when people try to actually use the system.

@flyingzumwalt I don't think you understand properly. I think we ought to keep the Hydra standard rights metadata. I don't think we should duplicate the rightsMetadata into RELS-EXT.

Then these are separate issues. I flagged the bit about assigning editors in absolute (see curationexperts/absolute#72). That's good enough for now.
