The dashboard > Transfers > Transfers Sent used to say To which user you were transferring your work to while Transfers Received said From which user you were receiving a transfer from. Now, both sections say From. I'm not sure if this is a feature or a bug, but I think To for the Transfers Sent section makes more sense.
